Happy Last Day Of The Year!

I wanted to take a minute to say thank you!  You have all been a wonderful part of my year in spiritual growth.  My life has forever been altered because of this blog and the daily morsels gathered from reading, then attempting to illustrate in doodle form, the simplicity and power of the gospel of Jesus Christ as written by Oswald Chambers in My Utmost for His Highest.

This painting that I did several years ago is a visual illustration of my life journey and appropriately titled. “Searching for Hidden Treasures” Gila Woodpecker, acrylic on canvas, 18×28″

After much contemplation I have decided to keep this blog going next year but will be posting less frequently and more artistically.  I am still formulating what that means but I think it will be a fun twist from what I’ve been doing.  I will be posting regularly on The-Bird-Watcher.com as well.

I want to leave you with these inspired words from Emily Dickinson–“Hope is the thing with feathers that perches in the soul–and sings the tunes without the words–and never stops at all.”

Have a blessed New Year!!!!!
